iTrust Launches a UK Version of the BBB for Online Businesses and Consumers

Lana was resolute when asked if she was concerned the GBP299 per year fee for verified members will undermine their impartiality. "Our terms & conditions are very clear for all verified members. They must abide by our code of practice, clearly display their postal address and contact details on their website, as well as agree to resolve any customer complaints within 21 days. In return businesses will gain the trust and confidence of website visitors and ultimately a substantial increase in sales conversions."
