Gagnon Prime Cuts is a meat processing business which offers special cuts in a variety of meats including venison, elk and sausages. Jean is a professional meat cutter who is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. During his educational career, Jean graduated from a Post-Secondary School for Meat Cutting at the Red River College.
