TORONTO, ON, CANADA, December 23, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Robert Prete has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable work in the Restaurant Industry. As Owner of Coquine Restaurant, Robert has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Coquine Restaurant is a European bistro which offers feel good classics with a modern twist and friendly service in a beautiful Art Deco inspired setting. The restaurant is open from Monday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, with brunch available on the weekends. They also offer takeout as well as special events in their private Jasmine Room which holds up to 36 guests.
Robert is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. During his educational career, Mr. Prete attended Chef School at George Brown College. His elegant eating establishment was the recipient of Finest French Onion Soup and Best Brasserie by Post City Mag in 2008.
